To process your return, please include the invoice or delivery note and indicate the reason for the return. The same applies if you wish to exchange or request a replacement.

Once we receive the completed return form, your case will be processed as quickly as possible:

(If your product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during delivery, please provide a picture as an attachment to expedite the return process.)

Return conditions

Please note that we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

Postage

The return is sufficiently stamped and is sent in the original packaging within the return period.

Item condition

We assume that the items returned for refund are unused, undamaged, and unwashed. Worn, used, or washed items cannot be returned.

Custom orders

Custom-made products, products made to special dimensions, in special colors or other customer-specific modifications are excluded from the right of return.
